Lynn Hart has been the Executive Director for the RCCAC since August 2003. She earned her Masters in Community Counseling from Columbus State University. Her background includes providing therapy to individuals, couples and families as well as conducting groups for Divorcing Parents, Parenting, and Conduct Disorder Adolescents. She has over 10 years in management of non-profit organizations, to include a therapeutic foster care program in Georgia.

She currently serves as the Vice President of the Alabama Network of Children's Advocacy Centers and President for the United Way Executive Directors Association. She conducts Extended Evaluations for the center. She is the spokesperson for the center as she speaks for the United Way Campaign, television, radio and PSA spots.
